But if any one of these four doesn't match with the others, the performance of organization suffers significantly.

Friendly and sociable environment in an organization creates pleasant working conditions. This atmosphere inspires workers to complete their assigned duties with utmost perfection.

In an organization with high solidarity, people work with team spirit to achieve their goals. Solidarity inspires the workers, who feel themselves cutoff from the rest. Any organizational culture can't exist on its own.

One can't understand an organization without understanding the culture of that organization. Every organization displays a dominant culture. But, this culture contains fragments of other cultures too. These can be known as sub-cultures. No organizational culture is a perfect culture, because there is always a scope of betterment. At any time, any adopted culture can be ineffective. Hence, efforts should be made towards the realization of a better work culture.

Organizational culture can be categorized into four categories according to their application. These categories are power culture, role culture, achievement culture and support culture. Before adopting any organizational culture, one should understand well, what is organizational culture? Every culture has its own life cycle. Hence, organizational culture must be examined periodically keeping in mind current requirements of organization.
