Careful consideration is necessary before introduction of any innovation. Any organizational culture clearly implies that management people should take care of their employees. They should know the appropriate ways to implement changes. Sometimes, employees feel themselves neglected, when a new organizational culture is adopted. This affects their productivity. With passage of time, they start to disturb other employees too. As a result of this, the overall performance of organization gets a setback.

Sometimes, organizations see negative results of adopted new technology or organization culture. In such a case, an environment for rejection takes place. In such atmosphere, employees start searching for other opportunities. This creates another problem for the management people to retain their experienced talent.

Sometimes organizations address only positive aspects of adopted culture. In such a case, employees don't find themselves ready to counter any negative features of that culture. Generally employees adopt negative aspect of that culture without trying to resolve the issues.

Organizations should avoid using new technology only for the sake of introduction of innovations. Leaders of the organization should equally consider the negative aspects of new technology. Negative aspects of new technology are as important as the positive aspects.

Organization culture defines the path to act and excel. The working attitudes and spirit of employees are affected by various factors. Some of these factors may be unknown to the management people. The employees should be linked with adopted culture. To serve this purpose, leaders of the organization should introduce a system of learning. They should inspire employees to share the information.

Separate cliques should be formed between the individuals who accept changes and those who don't. This will help management people to handle any unrest among the employees. Small groups of the employees can be trained easily to adopt the changes. Policies taking care of the employees should be highlighted.

To associate all the employees with the ongoing changes, suggestions from subordinate employees can be invited. This practice will create a feeling of belonging among the employees.
